Artistic Focus and Inspirations
My artistic focus has evolved over the years, embracing abstraction as a fundamental aspect of my work. A pivotal moment came during a photography session at the picturesque fishing docks of Newport, Oregon, which sparked the creation of the images showcased in the Nautical Textures section of my gallery. In 2013, I turned my attention to the digital realm, exploring the creation of purely abstract photographic images through computer generation. This interest prompted a lengthy period of software development, resulting in works that fuse synthetic elements with photographic objects.
